About the role
You act as the primary and reliable point of contact for existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone. This position is initially fixed-term for two years.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary and reliable point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone.
- Work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for more complex customer questions.
- Continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning.
- Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both our product and internal processes.
What you'll need
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or completion of a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking).
- At least one year of relevant practical experience within the banking, FinTech, or broader financial services sector.
- Highly experienced in supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person.
- An affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- A reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
