About the role

Working Student Sales Development Representative supporting Reonic's B2B customer acquisition in the renewable energy sector. You'll cultivate relationships with solar and heat pump installers while identifying new business opportunities in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls.
  • Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn.
  • Drive Reonic's growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings.

What you'll need

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and available to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Passion for software sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • C2 proficiency in German, French, or Italian, and professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of lead generation tools.
  • Passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector.
