Working Student Marketing - Partnerships

Join the affiliate marketing team as a Working Student to help acquire new customers across 10 European markets. You'll support our dynamic Paid Channel Team in scaling our partnerships with top-tier financial publishers and comparison platforms.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify new potential affiliates and influencers, build targeted hunting lists, and actively reach out to prospective partners to grow our network.
• Act as a key contact for our German-market partners, keeping them engaged and informed by sending out performance reports and important product updates.
• Bring campaigns to life by arranging the content and collaborating closely with our Design team to create eye-catching visuals.
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using ContentStack, conduct A/B tests, and write engaging blog entries about our innovative new products.
• Work smarter by using advanced AI tools like Gemini to streamline partner research, speed up content creation, and assist with data analysis.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and based in Berlin.
• Strong communication skills with C1 level or higher in German, essential for handling partner communications and localized content.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the financial industry, marketing strategies, and building strong B2B relationships.
• Comfortable navigating Excel for basic data organization and excited about using AI tools to work smarter.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, or Dutch.
• Prior experience in Online or Affiliate Marketing.
