- Portfolio reflecting mastery of product design principles and practices, including user-centered design methodologies and practical examples of designing for AI/ML-driven features, agentic workflows, or conversational interfaces.
- Deep understanding of AI UX design paradigms, specifically how to design for system uncertainty, predictability, user trust, error prevention, and "human-in-the-loop" feedback mechanisms.
- Extensive experience in various user-driven validation techniques, including qualitative, quantitative, and analytics-based approaches.
- Experienced with prototyping using Generative and Agentic tools to accelerate concept exploration and build high-fidelity interactive mockups.
- Confident facilitating cross-functional workshops and aligning engineering-heavy stakeholders, including data scientists and AI/ML engineers.
- Data-informed mindset, comfortable working with security, compliance, operational KPIs, and AI system metrics.
