- Own the CRM strategy for investment products: Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Scale our cross-sell strategy: Take full ownership of the savings-to-investment cross-sell ratio, continuously testing and innovating to drive conversion.
- Lead international expansion: Spearhead CRM efforts as we scale investment products beyond Germany into the Netherlands, Ireland, and Spain.
- Partner for impact: Work directly with the Investment Products team to synthesize complex financial topics (pensions, tax) into consumer-friendly marketing.
- Elevate customer touchpoints: Create and optimize communications across email, mobile, web, and direct mail.
- Drive data-led innovation: Translate performance insights into actionable patterns, leveraging AI and behavioral data to refine our approach.

- A passion for and strong knowledge of investment products (pensions, ETFs, tax implications).
- 3+ years of professional CRM experience.
- C2-level proficiency in English and German is mandatory due to the rigorous communication standards of the investment product team.
- Expert command of CRM channels (email/push/weblayer) including automation, segmentation, and KPI reporting.

- A creative thinker who is also comfortable digging into data to understand performance, discover patterns and find new audience segments.
