Reporting directly to the Director of Growth & Marketing, you will act as the analytical backbone of the Marketing & Growth function. Through cross-functional collaboration and direct ownership, you will use data to drive the strategy and performance of marketing across all channels.

What you'll do

  • Help deliver marketing data strategy, including the onboarding of new marketing data tooling and the refresh of MMM/MTA capabilities with an external partner.
  • Build the framework and monitoring suite through which we review the performance of product catalogue and sales channels, turning disparate marketing channels into actionable intelligence.
  • Own the analysis across the Growth & Marketing function, self-serving your own data and answering questions that matter most to commercial performance.
  • Build understanding of marginal CAC and how to maximize spend across channels - scaling efficiently while improving performance.
  • Own decisions off the back of your analysis, and start and deliver your own initiatives that improve marketing ROI.
  • Work closely with Growth & Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, and Product to make data the driver of commercial decisions.

What you'll need

  • Strong experience writing complex SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) - you pull your own data and self-serve your own answers in the data warehouse.
  • Deep experience with analytics within a Marketing or Commercial function, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or B2C environment.
  • Demonstrably improved key marketing outcome metrics elsewhere - increased conversion, decreased CAC, improved ROI.
  • Experience owning decision-making off the back of analytics and executing against those decisions - not just producing dashboards.
  • Track record of working effectively across teams and translating data into action for commercial stakeholders.
  • Curious, commercially minded, approachable, collaborative, and an effective builder.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Looker.
  • Understanding of the mechanics of key performance marketing channels (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
