You'll work directly with the CTO to find where Engineering, Product, and Design teams spend time on friction — repetitive work, manual handoffs, slow feedback loops — and remove it with AI-powered tooling, automation, and better workflows. You'll be building, measuring, and scaling the systems that make engineers, PMs, and designers measurably faster.

What you'll do

  • Analyse workflows, EPD feedback, and data to discover what product teams need most and translate it into clear, usable knowledge content
  • Build and organise internal and external knowledge bases, ensuring both humans and AI agents can instantly find accurate answers
  • Help refine the performance of AI agents, improving prompt design, retrieval quality, and overall accuracy
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to make sure new features and learnings are documented and discoverable
  • Translate complex concepts into short, engaging learning resources that empower teams and customers
  • Use data, testing, and feedback loops to continuously refine content, knowledge flows, and AI responses

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in Engineer, Enablement, or Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication and writing skills
  • AI-native mindset with familiarity with prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent workflows
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills with an educational approach
  • Comfortable working in Notion or similar CMS/wiki tools
  • Good understanding of APIs, automation, and system integration concepts

What they offer

  • High impact and high velocity environment with talented and ambitious people
  • Real ownership with freedom and trust to build, test, and take lead
  • Hybrid working with office in Berlin
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • 27 days of annual paid vacation
  • Visa and relocation support where required
