Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative

Handle incoming inquiries from Italian-speaking clients, consumers, and third parties across multiple communication channels. You'll be helping Italian-speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g. lawyers) in Italian across multiple communication channels
• Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
• Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations

What you'll need

• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken, at a professional level
• Experience in a customer service or support role
• A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach

Nice to have

• Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or German

• Salary: €32,000 - €44,500 gross per year (based on experience and qualifications)
