Join our Customer Service team in Berlin as a French-speaking Customer Representative. You'll help our French-speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect across multiple communication channels.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g. lawyers) in French across multiple communication channels
- Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
- Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations
What you'll need
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, at a professional level
- Experience in a customer service or support role
- A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Nice to have
- Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish and/or German
