As Agent Deployment Lead, you own both sides of every go-live: the customer and the agents. You work side by side with the CEO, COO, and CTO, and every deployment is your responsibility. You run each onboarding as a structured project, and you shape the agents to each customer's reality: their processes, their systems, their people.
What you'll do
- Own every deployment end to end: from signed contract to confirmed first value, plan timeline, stakeholders, and go-live. Shield engineers from onboarding work and build toward a process that runs without them.
- Deploy the agents themselves: map each customer's procure-to-pay reality to opus agents, configure workflows, test against real cases, and tune until they perform in production.
- Be the technical bridge: translate requirements from procurement and IT into clear integration specs for engineering (ERP, DMS, email infrastructure). Flag risks early and back sales with technical credibility.
- Make adoption stick: run key user trainings, manage change, and ensure customers see real value from day one.
- Build the support foundation and feed learnings back: create ticketing and escalation paths, handle live issues, and turn field insights into weekly input for product and engineering.
- Support sales with technical credibility: engage with customer IT during the sales cycle on security, compliance, and implementation questions in German and English.
What you'll need
- 2 to 3 years in consulting or structured implementation, plus the startup bug.
- Builder mindset: create onboarding playbooks, partner frameworks, and support infrastructure from scratch. Thrive in ambiguity.
- Ability to hold the room with IT departments and senior management with sufficient technical depth to spot risks and build trust fast.
- AI-native in practice: work with AI tools daily, understand what agents can and can't do, and explain both to skeptical stakeholders.
- Project management discipline: manage parallel deployments, shifting priorities, and competing stakeholders with rigorous tracking.
- Native German and strong professional English (C1+).
What they offer
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity in the company.
- High ownership, fast customer feedback, and responsibility for outcomes.
- Berlin-Mitte office with ambitious, low-ego team.
- 28 vacation days and flexibility.
