Senior Product Designer (f,m,x)

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer to join our Design Team in Berlin, building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare. You'll own end-to-end UX for a specific product area—from discovery through shipped feature.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area once team/pod assignments are finalized — from discovery through shipped feature
• Contribute meaningfully to evolving Nelly's design system/design language for consistency across the product
• Help move core product metrics (conversion, task completion) through better UX in owned flows
• Support the design team's process and structure as it scales

What you'll need

• End-to-end product design craft: UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI, from discovery through implementation
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers — can work directly from problem statement to shipped feature
• Contributes to and helps evolve a design system/design language, not just uses one
• 3+ years in product design roles, including some in a scale-up/high-growth environment
• Comfortable in a small team with high individual ownership (little hand-holding, few layers of review)
