Steering & Planning Associate - Payments

Join the Payments team as an Associate to co-drive segment strategy and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will be a central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders for the Payments domain.

What you'll do

• Become a central point of contact and connection between internal and external stakeholders for the Payments domain.
• Collaborate in a cross functional team environment on a daily basis with Product & Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Drive and support strategic payment rail projects end-to-end.
• Manage and develop external relationships with key vendors.
• Manage and optimize data related to Payments, reviewing performance against SLAs and identifying new opportunities.
• Actively shape the Payments OKRs and strategic roadmap development.
• Conduct analyses to optimize P&L and volumes related to Payments.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments with a focus on payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently source data and derive insights.
• Proven experience in making data-driven recommendations and working on cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management experience, preferably implementing large projects with several stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
