Srategy & Operations Associate - Customer Identity

Strategy & Operations Associate for the Customer Identity team within the Grow & Engage domain. You will bridge strategy and execution, helping N26 grow and run better by translating ambitious goals into clear KPIs and tangible results, acting as a strategic partner to leadership driving customer value and business growth.

What you'll do

• Own and refine segment strategy, enabling data-driven trade-offs across Engagement and Subscriptions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, developing a deep understanding of business drivers, infrastructure, and processes.
• Drive KPI discipline, leading regular performance reviews and ensuring progress against core company targets.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, proactively assessing performance and uncovering areas for innovation and efficiency.
• Build robust business cases, evaluating ROI and guiding investment toward the highest-impact initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring strong project management, clear ownership, timely delivery, and continuous optimization.
• Act as the central connector across teams and partners, aligning stakeholders and driving execution on complex, high-impact topics.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in fintech, banking, consulting, or B2C startup environments with growth, funnel optimization, subscription models, customer engagement, or product-led growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• Experience putting together business cases and making data-driven recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end and collaborating with diverse teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to independently source data and derive insights.
• Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights.
• Fluent in English.
