You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our teams across Europe. Reporting to the TA Director, you will join a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners across Berlin and London, covering every market and every role up to C-suite.
What you'll do
- Identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
- Own full-cycle hiring for your vertical end to end, from sourcing through offer, across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Work directly with the leadership and hiring managers on all their hiring needs.
- Develop deep understanding of the businesses you support to help them make better hiring decisions, not just fill vacancies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction points across the interview process and the candidate journey, and implement experiments and improvements.
- Contribute to making us more efficient and faster by leveraging existing AI workflows and helping us build new ones (Claude, chatGPT, n8n).
What you'll need
- Track record sourcing and closing high-calibre and hard-to-reach candidates, including through sourcing and direct outreach.
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally hiring across multiple functions/locales.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools across daily recruiting workflow.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum). Other languages, esp. German, a plus.
- Inquisitive mindset — you ask sharp, insightful questions to really understand stakeholders and candidates.
- Good judgement — you weigh information and observations to make sound judgement calls in ambiguous situations.
What they offer
- Top-of-market compensation package, including equity.
- 20 days "work from abroad".
- 600 EUR/GBP Learning & Development Budget.
- Vibrant offices across Europe with in-person collaboration.
