Business Operations Intern

About the role

Business Operations is our universal taskforce for Moss's (financial services) operations. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure operational scalability across different areas of Moss.

What you'll do

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and scalability constraints. Build structured hypotheses on what is broken, quantify the business impact, and clearly define what needs to be fixed and why it matters.
• Design the ideal future-state process and operating model. Define how workflows should function, which teams are involved, which systems and data flows are affected, and how success should be measured.
• Translate your solution into execution by building and implementing improved processes in a tech-savvy, hands-on manner. Collaborate with Operations, Product, Commercial, and Regulatory Functions to introduce tooling, automation, and structural changes to ensure measurable, sustainable impact.

What you'll need

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with strong analytical rigor.
• Demonstrated professional excellence in fast moving, high-performing environments (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, fast-scaling start-ups) or a huge appetite to be in this space.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1).
• Results-driven with ability to navigate complex challenges independently and achieve pragmatic, effective results.
• Business-savvy with clear understanding of what drives business success, natural sense for numbers, and ability to build strong hypotheses.
