As Growth Strategy & GTM Intern at Mercanis, you work on the central levers of our growth: which markets do we attack? Which target groups have the highest value? Which messages create demand? Which channels bring real pipeline? You work directly with our Growth, Revenue and Founder team and are close to the decisions that determine how we scale Mercanis in the coming months and years.
What you'll do
- Work on growth initiatives along our Go-to-Market strategy: from market and target group analyses to campaign ideas to implementation of concrete growth projects.
- Take responsibility for own growth experiments — from hypothesis through implementation to evaluation. Goal is measurable impact on pipeline, demand and revenue.
- Analyze markets, target groups, competitors and relevant trends. Your insights help us identify new growth opportunities and make better Go-to-Market decisions.
- Develop content and narratives for different growth channels — from LinkedIn, email and SEO to event and thought leadership formats.
- Analyze the performance of our growth initiatives, derive concrete recommendations for action and prepare your insights for Growth, Revenue and Founder.
- Help develop our growth infrastructure: KPIs, processes, campaign logic, tooling and reporting.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Media Science, Business Psychology or comparable field.
- First experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment, for example in a startup, consulting, VC-adjacent environment, agency or B2B/SaaS setting.
- Interest in SaaS, B2B, Go-to-Market, Growth, Strategy and data-driven working.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and ability to derive real decisions from data, market feedback and experiments.
- Proactive, hands-on with genuine self-starter mentality.
- Fluent in German and English.
Nice to have
- First touchpoints with growth channels like SEO, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, Events or Communities.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma or Canva.
- AI-first thinking in professional tasks.
