Founders Associate - Fundraise Lead

As the Fundraise Lead, you own everything around the investor story and run it constantly, working directly alongside the founder and CEO on the highest-stakes work in the company.

What you'll do

• Craft the fundraising story and spar with the founder until every line lands
• Create amazing pitchdecks, visuals and demos that make investors lean forward
• Establish and maintain a network of investors across the globe
• Lead and prepare investor calls
• Run the machine behind the raise
• Build and maintain financial models
• Stay plugged into the venture ecosystem, always on top of what is hot, who is writing checks, and what works

What you'll need

• A very structured, capable generalist: consulting or banking trained, with the polish and rigor that comes with it
• Real venture experience: you have sat on the investor side and know how funds actually decide
• Understanding of how Series B and beyond gets done
• Fully at home in a financial model and can build one from scratch that survives diligence
• Ability to craft narratives and slides at a level where people ask who made them
• Run processes tightly: pipelines, follow-ups and data rooms are never stale on your watch
• Plugged into the ecosystem: you know the funds, the partners and the rounds that are happening right now
• Thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

• Supported a raise end to end before, on either side of the table, with an investor network of your own
