Working Student - People

As our People Working Student, you will help us create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you'll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward.

What you'll do

• Support onboarding and payroll processes
• Lead small projects and drive process improvements
• Explore talent sourcing and recruitment insights
• Work with automation and AI tools to help scale People operations
• Collaborate on employee engagement and experience initiatives

What you'll need

• Structured, reliable and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
• Enjoy working with data, spreadsheets and digital tools and see automation and AI as opportunities to make work smarter
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people together
• Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow your knowledge in People & Talent
• Currently enrolled within a psychology, tourism, business administration, or HR-related degree program
• Comfortable writing and speaking in German and English
• Experience with G-Suite and curiosity for AI tools

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Personio, and sourcing platforms
