About the role
As Operations Working Student, you will play an integral role in ensuring that operations processes are compliant, efficient and run smoothly. You'll have significant exposure to the Customer Lifecycle Operation Domain, which handles everything from customer onboarding and lifecycle changes to customer service, impacting all areas of lemon.markets.
What you'll do
- Process and respond to requests from partners concerning their customers across various topics related to lemon.markets
- Handle account requests, update master data, and address compliance issues to keep operations running smoothly
- Verify customer identity through KYC Operations before opening accounts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct Quality Assurance reviews to maintain high standards and catch mistakes
- Support daily operations and administration across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and AML
- Drive digitalization and efficiency improvements within various back office functions
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled at a German university in business administration, economics, operations, or similar degree program, with at least one more year remaining
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English with clear professional communication skills
- Strong learning and growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to develop skills in brokerage and fintech
- Reliable and takes responsibility for work with ownership over topics and ability to drive tasks independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Hands-on mentality with ability to turn ideas into action
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
