Product & QA / Working Student

As a Working Student in Product and QA at Konvo AI, you will support the product team in scoping new projects, testing new features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include executing test cases, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers and product managers to refine product requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with scoping new projects, collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements, and create clear product documentation.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and document issues clearly so developers can fix them quickly.
• Review customer feedback, identify patterns, and share insights that help the product team prioritize improvements.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in BSc or MSc studies in Germany.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in testing and quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of product development processes and interest in product management and UX.
• Outstanding and structured communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
