CEO Office Intern – Organic Growth

About the role

Own the formats that power our growth engine. This is not a marketing internship in the traditional sense, it's one of the most strategically important seats we have. Your real job is to understand how a product is perceived on social media deeply - why an app's image spreads or stalls - and bend it in our favour at scale.

What you'll do

• Pioneer new content formats - spot what's working, find the next viral angle, and prototype it yourself
• Scale what works across the engine - scale formats across creators in markets like the US, Europe, LatAm and beyond
• Help shape how the engine itself runs - program, creator and content strategy, managing those, tracking what lands and doubling down
• Read the data behind virality - not heavy modelling, but knowing why something worked and what to do next

What you'll need

• The willingness and eagerness to present yourself on camera to show creators how its done
• Previous experience in content creation, high-growth startup, or similar projects
• Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels / Shorts and what makes teenagers stop scrolling
• Scrappy, fast, and hungry - you'd rather ship and learn than wait and polish
• Fluent English (any additional language is a big plus)
• Based in or able to relocate to Berlin, in-office 5 days/week

• Either a strong degree OR a real track record as a creator / in content
