Senior Account Manager - Agriculture Poland

About the role

Your mission is to drive the transformation of food supply chains toward sustainability by leading impactful projects, engaging and empowering farmers to adopt regenerative practices, building trusted partnerships and ensuring successful, results-oriented execution from strategy through to delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead impactful projects engaging and empowering farmers to adopt regenerative practices
• Build trusted partnerships with farmers and food industry companies
• Ensure successful, results-oriented execution from strategy through to delivery
• Develop direct personal, phone, and written communication with farmers to find common ground and solutions
• Make decisions in the interest of projects and find practical solutions that can be implemented at short notice

What you'll need

• Based in Poland
• Several years of professional experience with competencies in project management and regenerative agriculture
• Experience with dairy and arable farming understanding their challenges
• Grew up on a farm, completed an agricultural apprenticeship or degree
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Valid driving license
• Direct personal, phone, and written communication skills with farmers
• Ability to make decisions in the interest of projects and implement practical solutions quickly

• Background in agricultural apprenticeship or degree
• Valid driving license
