You'll operate as a direct peer to PM and Engineering, bringing user evidence, strategic thinking, and a strong point of view to product decisions.

What you'll do

  • Manage the build: Coordinate with engineering, ensure quality throughout development, and own go-to-market readiness
  • Build reusable patterns: Contribute to Kittl's evolving design process, designing system and emerging AI patterns

  • Demonstrated ability or clear readiness to step into product management responsibilities - managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders
