As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of engineering and product to shape how users build with Hygraph. You'll ship features that solve real customer problems, contribute to the CMS core, extend platform capabilities, and help bring AI-powered features to life.
What you'll do
- Evolve the GraphQL-native CMS powering enterprise teams worldwide, improving performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Develop and maintain extensions that expand what customers can do with Hygraph.
- Contribute to the AI roadmap by building intelligent capabilities into the product.
- Use monitoring data, customer feedback, and product instinct to identify and fix problems proactively.
- Collaborate in cross-functional, autonomous teams to deliver features and continuous improvements from rough prototypes to polished solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by working closely with the Product team and participating in customer conversations.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar) to accelerate development.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that keep the platform scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
What you'll need
- Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with demonstrated ability to ship customer-facing features.
- Comfort working from rough prototypes and early concepts rather than polished specs.
- Proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues through monitoring and observability data.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership without waiting for permission.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and customer teams.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools.
