About the role
As Commercial Analyst, you are the analytical backbone of Field Sales. You sit at the intersection of data and action — transforming complex datasets into clear priorities, sharp recommendations, and measurable impact for our Raptors, RVLs, and commercial leadership.
What you'll do
- Own the reporting and analysis of all Field Force KPIs — including distribution, visit effectiveness, display sales, execution quality, and productivity. Identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve in-field execution continuously.
- Analyze store, account, regional, and rep-level data to surface the biggest growth opportunities. Translate findings into clear, prioritized action plans for Raptors, RVLs, and leadership — focused on the few things that drive the most impact.
- Support the optimization of visit frequencies, regional coverage, strike activities, and resource allocation to maximize ROI across the Field Force organization.
- Hands-on work with SQL, a solid understanding of data structures (including building and maintaining tables in the Data Warehouse), dashboard tools (Metabase, Looker Studio), and a default AI-first approach to accelerate development.
What you'll need
- Understanding of how distribution, visibility, availability, and execution drive retail sales. You connect field activities to business outcomes.
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar). You can take a complex dataset and turn it into a simple, actionable business recommendation.
- Your analysis always answers two questions: So what? and What do we do next?
- You identify the few opportunities that generate the majority of commercial impact — and you help the organization focus accordingly.
- Fluent in German and English; comfortable working with Metabase, Looker Studio, SQL, Notion, and Slack.
