You will bridge technical engineering and business strategy by developing maintainable data models, collaborating closely with Product and Commercial squads, and helping shape Analytics Engineering standards in a supportive, AI-forward environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop comprehensive, well-tested, and well-documented data models in dbt built for long-term maintainability
  • Build and maintain scalable Python scripts powering ETL/ELT processes and company-wide automations
  • Establish close working relationships with business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and explaining technical decisions
  • Represent the data team within cross-functional company squads, ensuring squad changes are understood from a data perspective while supporting them with metrics and insights
  • Strengthen project automation and integration using GitHub, CI/CD, observability/monitoring tools, and incident root-cause rigor
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development workflows, automate repetitive data tasks, and enhance code quality

What you'll need

  • Advanced SQL proficiency and strong data modeling skills, alongside solid experience writing clean, scalable Python scripts
  • Proven experience with data quality testing, monitoring/alerting, maintainable transformation pipelines, and incident investigation
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1) with a proven track record of bridging the gap between engineering and non-technical business partners
  • Strong desire to understand healthcare business logic, operational processes, and metric definitions beyond heads-down coding
  • High self-management capability to take full ownership of tasks, adapt to team standards, and solve operational problems pragmatically
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
