About the role
The Operations Systems Analyst is the guardian of HOLY's data backbone — ensuring our ERP operates as the single source of truth that supply chain, finance, and analytics teams depend on every day. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and systems: investigating discrepancies, enforcing data standards, and building automated checks that prevent issues before they reach downstream teams.
What you'll do
- Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies across Odoo ERP, WMS, and PIM — whether originating from user input, API syncs, or EDI integrations.
- Enforce and maintain data entry standards across all ERP users — catching miscoded products, incorrect quantities, and improperly configured records before they cascade into reporting errors.
- Build and own regular reconciliation checks between Odoo, WMS, and PIM, developing automated monitoring where possible to proactively surface mismatches on inventory, shipments, and product data.
- Track and document recurring data issues and system errors, identifying underlying patterns that signal root-cause problems rather than one-off incidents.
- Document operational processes clearly, identify where they're being bypassed or degraded, and drive the behavioral and system changes needed to close gaps.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred; NetSuite or Business Central also relevant).
- Detail-obsessed — you catch discrepancies others miss.
- Structured diagnostic thinker who separates symptoms from root causes and documents findings clearly.
- Technically self-sufficient — you can navigate ERP, WMS, and PIM systems independently; SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
- Clear cross-functional communicator comfortable working with procurement, logistics, and accounting teams.
- AI & automation mindset — you actively look for opportunities to replace manual monitoring with automated checks.
What they offer
- Competitive compensation including company shares.
- 28 vacation days, 30 work-from-abroad days, flexible hours.
- €1,500 learning budget, Urban Sports Club membership, €63 public transport subsidy.
- Central office in Berlin Prenzlauerberg with modern setup.
- Biannual 360° feedback tied to compensation.
