Junior Sales Development Representative - English Speaking

As a Sales Development Representative for the UK market, you'll be on the front lines of our growth engine, driving revenue and helping co-create an international success story.

What you'll do

• Connect with the most exciting e-commerce brands across Europe to ignite Hive's growth engine.
• Turn first conversations into real business opportunities that drive Hive's expansion.
• Master the art of outreach: sell with curiosity, empathy, and confidence.
• Grow at startup speed through hands-on coaching and constant feedback.
• Support and get support from your team members in winning, as one team.

What you'll need

• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Naturally curious and love persuading people in a friendly, reliable and well-structured manner.
• Persistent, solution-oriented, and don't give up at the first "no".
• Comfortable on the phone, with excellent written communication skills and professional presentation.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level - spoken and written).
• Eager to grow professionally and personally within an ambitious team.
