Senior Financial Accountant

For HelloFresh's fast-growing food venture Factor Europe, we are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to support ambitious growth plans. Based in Berlin at Group Headquarters, you will bridge the Senior Finance Business Partner and Global Finance team, taking ownership of financial accounting and reporting across two legal entities and multiple European markets.

What you'll do

• Execution of regular accounting processes for two legal entities and across multiple European market P&Ls
• Ownership of monthly financial reporting
• Coordination of transactional accounting (accounts payables, fixed assets, bank reconciliations) in our service center in The Philippines
• Delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting
• Data-submissions for VAT declarations and local CIT tax reporting
• Provide in-depth value adding analysis to both financial and non-financial senior management
• Support local management and Finance leadership on month end close board packs preparation

What you'll need

• 4-5 years experience working in finance and accounting
• Passion, drive and great communication skills
• Preferred CA/ACCA/CPA qualified or part qualified
• An eye and appreciation for detail and understanding of data structures and complex systems/workflows
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to an ERP system (Oracle Fusion experience advantageous)
• Fluency in English and strong team player
