Delivery Experience Insights & Experimentation Lead

Delivery is one of the most visible moments in a customer's HelloFresh experience. As part of the European Network Team, you will own the experimentation and learning agenda that helps understand what customers actually value, and where that value is worth the operational trade-off.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the European experimentation and learning agenda for delivery propositions and demand steering strategies
• Identify and validate key customer, operational, and commercial assumptions through structured experimentation
• Design experiments and govern experimentation frameworks, methodologies, guardrails, and success criteria
• Partner closely with Analytics and Tech teams to ensure experiments are statistically sound and correctly interpreted
• Coordinate execution with Network Operations Planning, ensuring experiments are operationally feasible as well as scientifically valid
• Translate experimentation outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for Network, Commercial, and Product stakeholders
• Build and maintain a scalable library of validated insights on steering and delivery propositions that can be reused across markets

What you'll need

• A degree in a business, quantitative, or engineering discipline (e.g. Business Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar)
• Experience translating complex, multi-dimensional data into insight — comfortable connecting an operational change to its customer impact
• A track record of analyzing customer behavior to understand why customers make the decisions they do
• Strong business case and strategy skills — able to turn data insights into commercial recommendations that senior leadership can act on
• Experience designing or running experiments is a plus, though our Analytics team supports experiment modeling and technical setup
