About the role
The Architecture Interior Design Team within the Building Systems Team designs the GROPYUS building system and enables project realization by connecting physical and digital products and processes. You will be involved in Product Development, Value Chain and Construction Project Development Processes in close collaboration with other teams.
What you'll do
- Project development in stage LP5 (detail planning)
- Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in timber residential Building Product
- Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management
- Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design
- Contribute to the improvement of the Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams
- Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost
What you'll need
- Project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany (min. 3 years)
- Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5
- Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
- Experience in timber construction
- Experience in Revit
- Fluent German and English skills

- Experience in AutoCAD and Rhino
