Supplier Experience Specialist

Support the local sales team across 14 offices and their supply partners in daily operations, working closely with international stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve supply-related issues while enabling suppliers to succeed on the GetYourGuide platform.

What you'll do

• Support the local sales team across 14 offices and their supply partners in daily operations
• Work closely with international stakeholders from content, connectivity, product and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply related issues and challenges
• Lead supplier education and training on our platform, updates and tools
• Guide and train local sales teams on internal systems and processes
• Lead internal process improvement and BPO training projects
• Monitor price, availability and quality of existing inventory, support new product creation on our platform, and answer partner emails and questions
• Help suppliers have a successful onboarding journey and enable them to be successful on our platform

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of prior work experience
• Thrive in a task and process led atmosphere
• Personable, approachable and collaborative
• Talented communicator (both written and verbal)
• Enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with Jira, Excel, CRM and AI tools
• Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
• Fluent in written and spoken English and one additional European language
