We are looking for an experienced, proactive Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive the operational delivery of cross-functional marketing initiatives across our supply ecosystem — including co-marketing / joint marketing with key strategic partners and DMOs — and to strengthen project management excellence across the Supply Marketing Ops team.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of joint marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
- Coordinate multi-channel execution and deliverables while driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Creative Studio, Legal, Finance, and Marketing Channels — ensuring brand consistency and launch readiness, keeping approvals moving, clearing blockers, and facilitating decisions.
- Own partner-facing operational coordination for campaign execution: timelines, inputs, feedback loops, version control, and expectations.
- Build scalable processes for Supply Marketing Ops: templates, checklists, intake workflows, approval paths, and "definition of ready/done."
- Run a strong PM cadence: kickoffs, weekly check-ins, stakeholder updates, decision logs, and retrospectives.
- Reduce cycle time and rework by improving how briefs are written, how requirements are captured, and how change control is managed.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management (ideally in marketing ops, agencies, partnerships, or similarly cross-functional environments).
- Proven track record delivering projects with multiple stakeholders, multiple workstreams, and tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management: comfortable aligning expectations with senior internal partners and external partners.
- Solid understanding of media-catalog style marketing channels and their delivery constraints (e.g., social formats and boosting, influencer/creator workflows, editorial/SEO content, CRM newsletters, affiliate/community placements, display for Meta/GDA, and partner placements).
- High operational rigor: planning, documentation, follow-through, risk management, and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira) and strong spreadsheet hygiene.
- Comfortable working with reporting and campaign management interfaces such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads / Google Marketing Platform, and Looker.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with measurement basics (KPIs, UTMs, attribution fundamentals) to coordinate reporting.
- Proficient in leveraging generative & agentic AI (e.g., Claude Cowork) to accelerate day-to-day research, draft content, synthesize large volumes of information, and improve team processes.
What they offer
- Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development
- Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year
- Hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration and two days of optional at home focus time
- Quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events
- Monthly transportation and fitness budget
- Health and wellness benefits
