Working Student - Supply Chain Management

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Working Student Supply Chain Management to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll support the team with reporting, analysis, and operational tasks.

What you'll do

• Analyze trends in inventory flow, stock-outs, and unhealthy stock to identify root causes and recommend improvement areas.
• Generate insights and structured data packages to prepare the team for strategic supplier meetings and alignment discussions.
• Support the operational tracking of inbound priorities, follow up on open orders, and bridge communication between suppliers and our warehouse team.
• Utilize SQL, Excel, and Tableau to build, maintain, and automate regular operational reports, stock projection models, and workflow documentations.
• Assist the supply chain team with daily operations, cross-functional projects, process optimizations, and emergency troubleshooting as needed.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field, with at least one year of studies remaining.
• Proficiency or initial experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL; Tableau knowledge would be a plus.
• Foundational understanding of Inventory Management either theoretical from studies or practical experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally; proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
