Working Student Accounting

We are looking for a Working Student Accounts Receivable to join our Accounting team for at least one year. In this role, you will be supporting the accounts receivable process, managing invoicing and assisting the team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

What you'll do

• Process credit notes and take over simple accounting responsibilities
• Careful and precise manual invoicing for our valued B2B customers and act as the point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
• Take care of account maintenance and support the team in operational processes
• Work on the reconciliation of payment providers
• Work with large sets of data and support the team in keeping the work organised and up to date

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Finance degree program (or a related field) and will be enrolled as a student for at least one more year
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Affinity in working with numbers and analytical thinking
• Experience working with excel
• Customer oriented mindset, strong organisational skills and a proactive working style

Nice to have

• SAP or Business Central knowledge
