About the role
As a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting revenue-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape customer experience and accelerate finmid's growth.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in customer onboarding, conducting business reviews, and improving operational processes under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Support the optimization of operational workflows to enable scalable growth.
- Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, customer service, or a related area.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Available to work for 6 months as a full-time intern (40h/week).
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure abstract problems into actionable recommendations.
- Fast learner who works well in fast-paced environments.
