Working student - Affiliate marketing (~5 hours/week)

As a working student in Affiliate marketing, you will manage an existing affiliate network for one of our key insurance partnerships and onboard new affiliates. You'll manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates in German and English (~5 hours/week on a one-year contract).

What you'll do

• Manage our existing affiliate network for this partnership, in German and English, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day questions and onboarding new affiliates as they join.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliates to keep the partnership running smoothly.
• Monitor affiliate performance and flag issues early, sharing clear, simple reporting with the team.
• Use good judgment to know when to handle something directly versus when to escalate without needing close supervision.
• Handle commission payments, as well as regular financial reporting and reconciliation for the partnership, keeping records accurate and up to date.

What you'll need

• An advanced Bachelor's or early Master's student enrolled at a German university (eligible for Werkstudent status).
• Some experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Comfortable maintaining relationships day-to-day over email, calls, and video calls.
• Comfortable using everyday software tools (Slack, Notion, Google Suite, and similar) and can pick up new tools quickly.
• Someone who takes initiative and can manage your own workload independently, without needing close supervision once you're settled in.
• Fluent in German and English.
