Full-Stack Software Engineer - Journey

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with solid frontend and backend experience to join us remotely or in our Berlin office. Day-to-day, you will work across the entire stack - from crafting intuitive user interfaces to building scalable backend services - ensuring our product remains delightful, reliable, and efficient for millions of daily users.

What you'll do

• Develop Core Product Features: Expand our Accounts Platform (user identity and account management) and develop the Climate Impact Experience through engaging, gamified features like seed tracking, levels, and digital collectibles.
• End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, test, and ship features as part of a cross-functional product team alongside Product, Design, and BI partners.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain system resilience, security, data privacy, and performance to support our growing user base.
• Elevate Engineering Culture: Promote engineering best practices, share knowledge, and cultivate a collaborative, high-trust engineering environment.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience writing and shipping production-grade JavaScript and TypeScript code.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend services using Node.js or Go.
• Experience with Vue.js, React, or other similar frontend libraries.
• Solid collaboration mindset and experience in cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
