Mission Control Engineer

As a Mission Control Engineer, you will be central to operating and scaling our Earth Observation satellite constellation. You will monitor, control, and optimise spacecraft performance while working closely with the Flight Operations team and collaborating with Flight Dynamics, Payload, Software, Data, and Product teams across the company.

What you'll do

• Monitor, control, and optimise spacecraft performance
• Build and operate mission control systems in a fast-paced startup environment
• Own critical operational capabilities and influence system design
• Take on real-time spacecraft commanding and monitoring responsibilities
• Collaborate with Flight Dynamics, Payload, Software, Data, and Product teams

What you'll need

• Experience in satellite operations or mission control systems
• Strong understanding of spacecraft performance and monitoring
• Ability to work in fast-paced, scaling environments
