As an Account Executive for SMB at Circula, you will convert inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound activities. You will take ownership of qualifying, engaging, and converting leads using modern tools and effective sales techniques, and guide potential customers through the entire sales process to a successful close.
What you'll do

- Take ownership of qualifying, engaging, and converting leads using modern tools and effective sales techniques.
- Identify the challenges of potential customers, deliver tailored demos, and guide them through the entire sales process to a successful close.
- Independently manage and nurture inbound and partner leads.
- Proactively develop your pipeline through outbound activities such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand your customers' needs, conduct compelling product presentations, and support them throughout the pilot phase.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless handover and a successful roll-out.
- Work closely with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve high conversion rates and ensure long-term success.
What you'll need
- At least 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in the SaaS sector.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and work independently with a clear focus on success.
- Active listening and empathy to identify the best solutions for your customers.
- Solution-driven and constantly seek ways to improve the sales process and share new ideas.
- Flexible team player, motivated to drive both yourself and your colleagues forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and English.
