You act as the central bridge between business, product, and tech teams, turning ambiguous requests into well-defined data models and helping build the analytical foundation from the ground up. You are much more than a traditional BI analyst — you pioneer AI-supported workflows and elevate data infrastructure and product analytics capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Translate ambiguous business, product, or operational requests into clear metrics, decision-ready problems and actionable recommendations
  • Design reusable domain models, semantic logic, data sources, and KPI definitions from scratch
  • Build focused, reliable data visualisations in Tableau to support business-critical processes and decisions
  • Design and pilot AI-supported workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or n8n to streamline analysis, coding and QA processes
  • Act as a project-managing bridge between product, sales, and operations teams while challenging assumptions constructively
  • Resolve complex analytical data, source-system and business-logic issues at their root cause within a regulated health-tech setup

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar analytical role
  • Strong practical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake or dbt preferred)
  • Proven track record in designing clear, decision-ready dashboards and metric frameworks (Tableau preferred)
  • Active experience or strong openness toward leveraging AI productivity tools to optimize analytical workflows
  • Excellent communication skills to explain findings, limitations, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Independent problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving projects to completion, and upholding high data quality standards

What they offer

  • Remote-first with flexible working hours, up to 90 days per year outside Germany
  • Monthly home office allowance and meal subsidy
  • 30 vacation days per year
  • Budget for learning, development, conferences, and coaching
  • Access to Caspar Health offerings for mental and physical well-being
