About the role
You'll drive the front end of Buena's M&A engine as an Outbound Sales Agent. Every property manager in Germany is a potential acquisition target. Your job is to find them, reach them, and start the conversation that puts them on the radar. You'll spend most of your day on the phone, calling owners and decision-makers, and the rest building the lists and campaigns that make those calls work.
What you'll do
- Outbound Cold Calling: 80–90% of your time is outbound, primarily calls to owners and decision-makers of property management companies across Germany.
- Build and maintain target lists. You'll research, enrich, and structure data on companies, decision-makers, and contact details.
- Run structured outbound campaigns. Phone first, then email and LinkedIn. You'll execute the playbook and bring back what's working.
- Identify decision-makers and open the door. You're starting the conversations that lead to a deal ultimately.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled as a student in a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months.
- Native German speaker.
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone.
- Structured and obsessive about details.
- Can work independently.
- Tech affinity. With CRMs, tools, and data handling, you learn fast, and you don't need hand-holding.
- Based in Berlin and ready to work from the office in Prenzlauer Berg.
Nice to have
- First experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or any similar role where you've had to pick up the phone and talk to strangers with intent.
What they offer
- €110/month lunch budget, €50 fitness subsidy.
- €1,200 yearly education budget.
- Free books: Buena pays for any book you'd like to read.
- A real seat in a high-growth company — you'll see how M&A actually works from the inside.
