Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

We are building a platform that processes PetaBytes of Data. We need a Senior Engineer who doesn't just "use" tools, but understands the underlying mechanics of distributed state, clock synchronization, and data consistency.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of next-generation streaming and analytics backbone on Azure
• Optimize asynchronous Python services to handle massive concurrent I/O
• Bridge the gap between heavy-duty backend data processing and the frontend, ensuring analytic interfaces are as fast as the data pipelines behind them
• Integrate ML models into real time processing pipelines
• Apply expert knowledge of partitioning, replication, and consensus protocols

What you'll need

• Experience managing high-cardinality data streams using Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Azure Event Hubs
• Built systems that power real-time dashboards, complex aggregations, or OLAP workloads
• Knowledge of "exactly-once" delivery semantics and backpressure in distributed environments
• Expert in at least one major backend language; highly proficient in Python
• Deep experience with Azure infrastructure
• Strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and bias for action
