Oracle AI Engineer

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions on the Oracle platform to automate business and financial processes. The Financial Systems Team is responsible for system strategies, future roadmaps, development, enhancements, and overall maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud and related technology landscape.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions on the Oracle platform to automate business and financial processes.
• Identify opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the end-user experience.
• Develop and integrate AI-driven applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other Oracle Cloud services.
• Build automation workflows and AI agents using technologies such as n8n, Oracle tools, APIs, and other modern automation frameworks.
• Develop scalable applications and services using Java and Python.
• Design, build, and deploy Docker-based applications and images for AI and automation workloads.
• Integrate AI solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud, databases, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, automation, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Practical experience building AI-powered automation solutions or intelligent applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with Docker, containerized applications, and building/deploying Docker images.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience integrating applications with relational or cloud databases.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle tools and technologies such as OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Database, and Oracle AI services.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or generative AI.
• Experience connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications and business processes.
