About the role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own, build and execute Buddywise's marketing strategy across Europe (primary focus) and North America (secondary focus). You will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and leadership while directly influencing how Buddywise is positioned, discovered, and adopted by enterprise customers across industrial sectors.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute Buddywise's marketing strategy across account-based marketing, demand generation, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programmes targeting enterprise organisations across manufacturing, logistics, forestry, construction, and other industrial sectors.
  • Partner closely with Sales and leadership to generate pipeline, support strategic target accounts, and strengthen Buddywise's market position.
  • Develop messaging, content, campaigns, and founder-led marketing initiatives that resonate with safety leaders, operational stakeholders, and executive decision makers.
  • Measure marketing performance, analyse funnel effectiveness, and continuously improve how Buddywise generates awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities.
  • Help build and scale Buddywise's marketing function, including processes, tooling, content, events, and ways of working as the company grows.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing motions, including account-based marketing, SEO/AEO, demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment.
  • Ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across complex buying groups.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience operating effectively in startup or scale-up environments where resources are limited and priorities move quickly.
  • Experience building the first dedicated marketing function in a greenfield environment, defining strategy, setting up core demand generation motions, and establishing scalable marketing foundations.
  • Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction, supply chain, operational technology, or safety-focused audiences.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing and sales technology platforms including CRM, automation, prospecting, and analytics tools.
  • Professional working proficiency in one or more European languages.
