Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

You will collaborate on the design, development, deployment and maintenance of our web application, utilising modern technologies while adhering to industry best practices. You will work autonomously and contribute to architectural decisions alongside your team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on the design, development, deployment and maintenance of our web application, utilising modern technologies while adhering to industry best practices
• Work autonomously and contribute to architectural decisions alongside your team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions for the climate sector
• Improve development workflow and contribute to building an efficient, high-performance engineering culture
• Leverage AI coding tools as a core part of your development workflow to ship faster and maintain high code quality

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, Redux Toolkit, and TanStack Router
• Comfort using AI coding tools to accelerate development
• Experience building AI-powered features
• Experience in developing complex forms using react-hook-form and zod while ensuring a responsive and frictionless user journey
• Good understanding of Docker, AWS and cloud native architecture
• Experience debugging and resolving production issues
• Led large complex projects from beginning to end

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practices
• Excellent communication skills in English, and experience with distributed teams
