About the role
Lead high-impact brand campaigns across TV, Streaming, OOH, Radio, and digital platforms like YouTube for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de. Combine analytical expertise with creative vision, using data to craft strategies that attract high-quality customers and boost brand awareness.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels such as Streaming platforms and YouTube.
- Develop and implement innovative measurement and attribution methods to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance by connecting KPIs with core business data, uncovering growth opportunities using industry-leading analytics tools.
- Strategically manage and allocate budgets across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Build compelling, data-backed business cases for brand initiatives and foster strong relationships with media partners.
- Negotiate TV pricing and manage relationships with agencies to ensure optimal value and campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams, leveraging data-driven insights to inspire impactful campaign concepts.
- Identify, test, and scale new offline and online channels to fuel continuous growth for both brands.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience managing and scaling online and/or offline marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple projects and campaigns.
- Experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
- High motivation, adaptability, and a drive to challenge the status quo.

- Experience with programmatic media buying.
- Experience in shaping creative strategy and direction.
- Fluency in an additional European language—especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese.
