About the role
You'll be the operational backbone of everything AMBOSS does physically in the world. This internship sits at the intersection of events, sales, marketing and operations, where you'll work with teams across multiple markets, coordinate with external logistics partners, and own processes that have a direct impact on how AMBOSS shows up in the world.
What you'll do
- Track stock levels and help make sure materials are available when and where they're needed
- Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments via DHL, UPS, and other carriers
- Handle shipping paperwork, including tracking details and customs forms where needed
- Help coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external logistics partners
- Support event logistics — packing, unpacking, and managing return shipments of booth and conference materials
- Follow up with vendors on orders, delivery timelines, and invoices
- Keep accurate records of shipments and inventory in tools like Google Sheets and Asana
- Support invoice processing and make sure documentation is in order for accounting
What you'll need
- Good organisational skills and the ability to juggle several tasks at once
- An interest in logistics, operations, or supply chain — prior experience is a plus but not required
- A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to shipments, paperwork, and inventory
- Comfort with Google Sheets; experience with Asana or similar tools is a bonus
- Clear, reliable communication — with teammates and external partners alike
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset when things don't go to plan
- Fluency in English; German B2
What they offer
- 30 paid vacation days, AMBOSS holiday, personal purpose day and more
- Daily healthy breakfast and lunch by in-house chef in Berlin HQ, AMBOSS daycare, work remotely from other office spaces
- Urban Sports Club M plan, Fitbit Versa 3, Deutschland Ticket
