Director Supply Chain & BPM

Lead Aeyde's end-to-end supply chain planning, production, inbound operations, systems, and business processes. You will connect Demand, Supply, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to build scalable, data-driven processes that support profitable growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Own short and long-term capacity and production planning on SKU and factory level, monitor production capacities and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Own all master data processes and the end-to-end SKU creation process, oversee end-to-end order management across all product categories.
• Own communication and mid and long term capacity alignment with factories in Italy, work closely with Product and Merchandising to streamline production calendars and lead times.
• Own and lead Aeyde's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process end-to-end, align demand, supply, inventory and production planning across all business functions.
• Continuously improve Aeyde's operational systems and supply chain tools, drive process excellence through clear documentation and governance structures.
• Oversee all sustainability-related operational topics across the supply chain and establish scalable processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead a lean, agile team while driving continuous improvement across planning, supplier management, systems, automation, compliance, and S&OP.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in supply chain, operations and logistics.
• Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or related business degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage processes based on KPIs and hands-on approach.
• Superior analytical skills and business acumen, excellent project management skills.
• Able to motivate, empower and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Speaking Italian would be a plus.
