About the role

Own and develop Yepoda's strategic partnership with Sephora within the EU. This role will be fully dedicated to Sephora and will play a key part in driving retail growth, brand visibility, and commercial performance across this channel.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage Yepoda's relationship with Sephora EU, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational topics
  • Take full ownership of the Sephora account, acting as the single point of accountability for performance, strategy, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora buying, category, and retail teams
  • Lead all commercial discussions, including assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars, and growth opportunities
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and building clear action plans
  • Ensure strong brand presence and execution across all Sephora touchpoints, both in-store and online
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen Yepoda's positioning

What you'll need

  • Experience in key account management within beauty, retail, or trade marketing
  • Direct experience working with Sephora is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Sephora's retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies
  • Experience in stock and sales planning with a solid understanding of retail performance drivers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take full ownership and drive topics independently
  • Demonstrated ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
